How are helpers verified?
Every helper verifies their identity in our app: their Aadhaar, a live selfie matched to their ID and a background check through a licensed provider. They also read and agree to our safety rules and code of conduct. A person on our team reviews anything unusual before they can take bookings.
What do I need to provide?
Normal cleaning materials such as a broom, mop, detergents and cloths. Please keep valuables secured during the visit.
How is the price calculated?
One all-inclusive price for the time you book, shown before you confirm — no hidden charges. Longer bookings cost less per hour. Tap "Price details" to see how much goes to your helper.
What if the work needs more time?
You can add time in steps of 30 minutes — only when the helper agrees and you approve it. Time you did not approve is never charged.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free up to 3 hours before the start. After that, a ₹100 late-cancellation fee applies, most of which goes to the helper who reserved their time for you.
Can I book the same helper again?
Yes. If you liked their work, you can request the same helper for your next booking, subject to their availability.
