What we delete
- Your name and mobile number
- Saved addresses and gate notes
- ID photos, selfie and payout details (helpers)
- Your login — you are signed out on every device
What we keep, and why
- Bookings, receipts and paymentsTax law requires us to keep these, usually for up to 8 years.
- Ratings and safety reportsSo customers and helpers stay safe on Gharvy.
- Your consent recordsProof of what you agreed to, as the law asks.
Records we keep no longer show your name, phone number or address. Your account is deleted straight away; copies in our secure backups are removed within 30 days.
Changed your mind later? You can sign up again with the same number — it starts as a new account.
